Love so divine.
A poem of Gods and romance

Our love was born out of Athena's head,
crafted by the soft hands of Aphrodite,
hardened by the gaze of Ares,
and is a muse to Apollo.
It is tended by Hestia,
our bonds built by Hephaestus,
and blessed by Hera herself.
Valentine's Day is eternal for love so divine.

I'm currently teaching Greek Mythology to my freshmen, so I thoroughly enjoyed all of the allusions to the pantheon! Especially Hestia; no one seems to ever remember Hestia, but she's one of my favorites. Well done!
