Unknown Poet

Acrostic Distraction

Dots, three in a row, an ellipse; the weight of unsaid words

Intention: to make the reader think, reflect, draw a conclusion

Searching for answers, we all are, searching, searching, searching...

Tune into emotions through nature, sounds, colors

Ride an ocean wave in a metaphoric blue

Acquiesce to distraction, dancing barefoot in a hazy meadow

Collapsing the walls of reality, daring to venture beyond

Time out, for goodness sake, exploring where rivers run dry

Idling gracefully bareback on a Mare, clippity-clopping away

Once, just once, considering the poetic mindset

No introductions are necessary; I am unknown, so you can know yourself better
