Dating back to 1879, the Emien Physick Estate is a preserved Victorian mansion offering a look at life in America in the 19th century.

You can enjoy the beauty of the Sunset Beach Cape May Point State Park.

The quaint riverside village of Frenchtown was founded in the early 19th century. It is an artistic place along the banks of the Delaware River. The village has galleries, boutiques, and seasonal festivals.

You can enjoy hiking adventures along scenic trails and biking routes in the Delaware & Raritan Canal State Park.

Sitting on the banks of the Delaware River, Lambertville was established in the early 18th century. The town is known as the “Antiques Capital of New Jersey."

The town played a vital role when George Washington used the Holcombe Farmstead as a strategic site during the American Revolutionary War.

The James Wilson Marshall House showcases early American period pieces.

Only 15 miles west of New York City, Madison is known as the “Rose City." It was named in honor of the 4th US President James Madison. More than 10,000 years ago, the Wisconsin Glacier left a terminal moraine on which the town now stands.

For history buffs, there is Sayre House, where American Revolutionary War General Anthony Wayne once lived.

The Shakespeare Theater offers year-round performances of Shakespeare’s plays.

You can enjoy the various ecosystems in the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge.

The town of Montclair was shaped by revolutionary history, including a meeting between George Washington and the Marquis de Lafayette, commemorated by a marker at Claremont Avenue and Valley Road. The town has strong international ties with its sister cities—Graz, Austria; Barnet, the UK; and Aquilonia, Italy.

The Montclair Art Museum features American and Native American artworks.

This town is located along the Jersey Shore; Ocean Grove was established in 1869 as a Methodist camp meeting site. Victorian-era homes line the streets.

Enjoy the Great Auditorium, a massive wooden theater known for summer concerts as well as Sunday worship services.

You can commune with nature at Fletcher Lake.

Sitting on the shores of Lake Carnegie, Princeton is the home of the prestigious Princeton University.

Visit the Princeton Battlefield State Park, commemorating one of the most influential battles of the American Revolutionary War.

The Clarke House Museum in the park displays historic weapons and arsenals.

See the Princeton Battle Monument, a Beaux-Arts memorial depicting George Washington in the Battle of Princeton in 1777.
