It's Not a Real Job
Traditionally, women did not work outside the home. Wives took care of the children and home. The men would go out to their offices or manual labour and slave away at their 40 hour weeks. Well, that's how suburbian life is portrayed in the movies. The reality of it all is drastically different. There are no 'normal' these days. People work from home, abroad, or where ever they can pick up a job. I'm working right now, writing this article. The point is, there is no right or wrong in how we do our jobs.

Why You Can Never Go Home
It was November of 1999 when I left home. I was twenty-two and ready to begin my adventure. My family was split in the way they felt. It was in the early days of the internet, and I had met my now husband online in a chat room called Hyperchat UK.

I Died Today
I first heard that poem when I was fifteen years old. I sat in drivers ed, watching a video of car crashes as the poem was read in the background. Our instructors showed that clip to every student on the first day of drivers education in the hope of saving a single life.

My Mother Threw Me Away
I was born in February of 1977. My mother had just turned seventeen years old and had no desire to settle down and be a parent. She was a wild child and liked to have a good time. Responsibility wasn't one of her virtues. Don't get me wrong, she was well-loved, and was one of those people that others said, would, 'Give you the shirt off their backs.' However, she had zero maternal instincts and didn't want any. Not as far as I was concerned anyway.

A White Girl's Thoughts
This article will probably receive a lot of hate, but I need to write it. There is a fundamental reason why; racism. You see, I am an advocate of anti-racism and work hard every day to instil tolerance in my children. I find the fact that anyone has to teach tolerance abhorrent. It should be a natural state of being. In my mind, racism is a mental illness; a person of sound mind should not harbour it.

Asgard's Wall
There are many stories of the God Loki. If you Google him, you will find millions of sites. He has fangirls and boys everywhere. His lore goes back to the earliest memories of humankind. Over the millennia, many have worshipped, feared, loved and loathed him. Some more than others.
